Hoops: District races heat up recently

Glenbrook School will play two location home games this week, starting up tonight against River Trees School.

As district races begin to heat up and the playoff picture actually starts to take shape, parish teams will have to step up their play. This is a look at what’s on tap this week in Webster hoops.

Minden: The Green Tide continue to struggle within district play, having decreased games to North DeSoto and also Huntington over the weekend. The Minden Lady Tiders lowered just their second competition of the season over the weekend against Huntington. The highway gets no easier while both teams travel to Booker L. Washington Tuesday before internet hosting Bossier at The Palace Friday. Both equally girls games begin at Some p.m. with young men to follow.

Glenbrook: The Apaches and Girl Apaches continue district play with a couple home games this week. Stream Oaks School comes to area Tuesday, followed by a visit out of Franklin Academy on Friday.

Lakeside: A Warriors continue to ride this roller coaster that has been their year or so, falling over the weekend to Environment friendly Oaks. The Lady Warriors lost his balance as well.

Now, the two teams take up a three-game road stretch, visiting Calvary Baptist on Tuesday before traveling to Mansfield on Fri.

Doyline: The Panthers are riding higher at the moment following a big wow Class B No. 7 Weston. The No. 8 Panthers have a chance for you to climb the rankings recently as well, with a road trip that will Castor on Tuesday, followed by a home game with No. 9 Quitman on Saturday. The Lady Panthers will play the same routine, with games slated to get started at 6 p.l.

North Webster: The North Webster Knights and Lovely lady Knights will host Basic Dealing High School Tuesday previous night hitting the road to take on Earth-friendly Oaks Friday. Both teams of games begin at 6 signifiant.m. with the girls.
